By accessing or using AuroNex Wears (auronexwears.com.np), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to create an account and place orders on AuroNex Wears.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
All prices listed are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct any affected orders.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), eSewa, Khalti, and bank transfer. For digital payment methods, orders are confirmed only after our team verifies the uploaded payment screenshot. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing/availability.
Orders are delivered nationwide across Nepal via our delivery partner, Nepal Can Move. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Info page, but actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control.
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details on eligibility and the return process.
AuroPoints are earned on successfully delivered orders and may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, subject to the terms displayed in your account. AuroNex Wears reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AuroPoints program at any time. Points earned on an order may be reversed if that order is later returned.
Promotional coupon codes are subject to specific terms, validity periods, and usage limits as stated at the time of issue. AuroNex Wears reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of AuroNex Wears or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
AuroNex Wears is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
